David's horticultural business experience spans four decades beginning with the family farm in New Mexico. He holds a Master's Degree in Horticulture from NMSU, a Master's Degree in Strategic Marketing from the University of Illinois, and a Ph. D. in Adult Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. |
Mark A. Swapp hails from Virden, New Mexico

He is a senior in Horticulture at New Mexico State University with a specialty in Landscape Design. He plans on obtaining his Landscape Architecture credential. Mark says “An excellent landscape design begins with balance and functionality while containing texture and color”. |
John Melvin hails from Farmington, New Mexico

He is a junior seeking his Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture at New Mexico State University. John has the talent and ability to assess a project from the owner’s point of view. John says “ An excellent landscape design begins with functionality and appeal to the customer”. |
Kevin Morales hails from Vado, New Mexico

Kevin is Installation Foreman and the Head of Maintenance at Dona Ana Bend Farms, Inc. He comes from a farming and livestock background. He takes pride in a job well done. Kevin has a true appreciation of the value an excellent landscape has for the customer and his community. |
Kraenzel’s Dona Ana Bend Farms, Inc. collaborates with New Mexico State University. Kraenzel’s has established a collaborative working internship program with New Mexico State University. This has resulted in a very productive working relationship whereby selected students work and interact with the company and gain practical experience. In addition to the technical aspects, we strive to introduce young people to a competitive business code of ethics, business savvy, the legalities, fair play and industry values. |
